This Cape Cod bed and breakfast is only minutes from beautiful Sandy Neck Beach, one of the top 5 beaches on Cape Cod!

This Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast is quiet and full of charm. It is a welcoming and pleasant place to stay while you are visiting Cape Cod. There are three bedrooms all on the second floor with one shared bathroom with tub and shower, perfect for families or friends travelling together.

The guest entrance is off the large farmer's porch at the front of the house. A large parlor is adjacent to the foyer and is available exclusively for guests.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and one with two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom down the hall with a tub and shower. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

This charming Cape Cod B&B has a large kitchen is located at the back of the house with views of the backyard, the barn and the back porch. Guests may have access to use the refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, electric convection oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and sink if they let us know prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to make themselves comfortable in the guest living room and front porch.

Wetland and conservation area surround the B&B with an abundance of songbirds, red tailed hawks, and waterfowl. The large side yard is dotted with apple trees and, with an expanse of lawn, is a nice place for children to play games and have fun.

The nostalgic Old Village Store is only two doors away with a deli, a selection of wines, and various other items that you may need. The village library is also right next door. There are many restaurants located right nearby, as well as within just a few miles on Old Kings Highway (Rt. 6a) and off the Mid Cape Highway (Rt. 6). A new children’s playground, built in 2010, is less than a block from the house.

Massage services are offered on the premises. There is a yoga studio just around the corner. Other holistic services are offered as well. Please inquire.

Cancellation Policy	Deposit is refundable (minus a $25 service fee) if cancelled 10 days (30 days for stays of 7 nights or more) prior to arrival. If within 10 days prior to arrival (30 days for stays of 7 or more nights), the deposit (minus a $25 service fee) is only refundable if the accommodation can be rebooked for the same dates.
