"If there was an entry In the dictionary for "Extraordinary host," Ed's name and picture would be there for sure. The house is cozy and lovely and we had an amazing time there. Thanks Ed for inviting us to join your Memorial Day Party! We will be back for sure!"

"We had a very relaxed and comfortable stay, Ed was a good host and his friends and family were also very helpful in giving us pointers on local places to visit. All in all, a nice and quiet B&B and neighborhood located close to a really good beach (Sandy Neck)."

"We rented three rooms from Ed over the weekend and had a fantastic time. Ed was very attentive without being intrusive, made excellent breakfasts for us and coffee every morning and gave great recommendations on where to go on the Cape. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!"

Simply lovely! My two friends and I had the most delightful time staying at this charming bed and breakfast while exploring the beauty of the Cape. Ed, Jenny, and Ross took care of our every need--pointing out favorite spots on the map, recommending places to eat and things to see, serving fresh delicious and nicely balanced breakfasts on the back porch, offering to open our wine bottle and lending a cooler, and being helpful and pleasant in every way. The house is beautiful and charming with character. I felt a sense of peace and comfort while staying in this place. We were very sad to leave and hope to return someday soon. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
